Last year I got the chance to do a Masterclass in Performance Skills with great guitarists.
The 3 days-long Masterclass was organised by Accademia di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale "Roma Castelli", an amazing guitar association based near Rome (Italy).
Individual and group lessons about mental skills such as confidence, concentration, visualisation and goal setting.
